Refund Policy

REFUND

As we are thoroughly oriented towards the utmost satisfaction of our clients, we will also look after the after-sale service and that is if you are not pleased or satisfied with our services provided, we will refund back the amount charged once it is claimed from the customer’s end. A thorough investigation will be conducted before the refund to prove the authenticity of the reason of dissatisfaction.

Please read the terms and conditions and also the details of the service before taking the service.

If the clients are dissatisfied with the service, they have full right to cancel the service and ask for refund.

The policies for CANCELLATION and REFUND are as follows:

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

  • For initiating cancellation, please contact us from the “contact us” window on the main page of our website.
  • If the matter is not related to RTI ACT, 2005 yet the consumer has made the payment, should inform us within 1 business day. We will initiate the cancellation of the service and refund the amount after deduction of 20% charge within 7 business days. NO REQUEST WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER 1 BUSINESS DAY.
  • In a different condition, once the application is filed by the customer, it cannot be cancelled. However the payment made will be secured with us for any further RTI application from the same client within 1 year from the date of payment.
  • The policies for CANCELLATION and REFUND are as follows:

REFUND PROCEDURE

  • We will refund the entire money only if we fail to file the RTI application from our end
  • Refund will be initiated only after proper investigation along with scrutinization of the valid proofs relating to the authenticity of the reason behind the refund.
  • Applicant need to apply for the same via email at rtifilings@gmail.com
  • Once we receive the request for refund we will process it within 7 business days as per the refund policy.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase.
  • In case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
